One of the most interesting and helpful things I’ve learned along the way is how our bodies use food to fuel us.
What was most surprising to me, is how little impact exercise makes on the overall calories your body burns.
That’s not to say exercise isn’t beneficial. It is, in so many ways. But when you’re talking just about how your body burns energy, exercise doesn’t make the huge difference you might expect.
